American Waltham Watch Co, Waltham, Mass., an 8 day mounted deck watch, 35 size, 15 jewels, stem wind and set, adjusted, damascened, nickel plate movement, Roman numeral silvered dial with blued steel hands, contained in a gimballed brass bowl with knurled silver bezel, the side engraved "U.S. Navy N428, and three tier mahogany box, the front with brass Waltham nameplate.
CONDITION:
running, movement dirty, and with scattered, fine scratches, dial with fine scratches, hands good, bowl and gimbals with losses to lacquer and tarnish, box lacking finish
